What always confused me about the episode with the stage fight, is that everyone acts as if Tori could’ve only hit Jade 100% on purpose and out of malice, which is why she gets in trouble and sent to the guidance counselor and stuff. (And also Jade clearly expected that Tori would get in trouble, which is why she faked it in the first place.)
No one even considers that Tori might’ve simply misjudged her swing and it was a total accident?
