- Single-use: Licence for one user/device

- Shaped: internet traffic is prioritised based on type which may slow down certain activities
- Unshaped: all traffic is treated equally with no prioritisation

- Virtual Private Network
- Creates a secure connection on the internet to insure privacy and protect data
- Used to enhance security, access restricted data and maintain privacy
