Caluso
aka Erbaluce di Caluso DOCG All the wines are produced from the high-acid, herbal-scented Erbaluce grape (100%), and may be still, spumante, or passito in style, with the latter type generally provoking the most praise

Colline Novarese is a DOC along the eastern border with Lombardia Produces whites from Erbaluce, reds and rosatos from Nebbiolo and a wide array of varietal wines
Colline Saluzzesi
Colline Satuzzesi is a small DOC in western Piedmont producing Rosso and varietal wines. Varietal wines must be 100% and there’s a couple goofy grapes allowed: Chatus, Quagliano

Costa della Sesia is a DOC in northeastern Piedmont producing bianco from Erbaluce, rosato and rosso from Nebbiolo and varietal wines
Freisa di Chieri
Freisa di Chieri is a DOC from min 90% Freisa and available in all the styles Secco Superiore Dolce Frizzante Spumante
Pinerolese
Pinerolese is an Interesting DOC in the alps on the western border with France. Available in Rosso and Rosato styles based on the standards. Pinerolese “Ramie” - Blend of Avanà, Avarengo, Becuet, Chatus Varietal wine (includes Doux d’Henry)
Valli Ossolane
Valli Ossolane is the Northernmost DOC in all of Italy. Whites are based on Chardonnay Makes Rosso from nebbiolo, Varietal Nebbiolo and Nebbiolo Superiore
