Aging:
Barbaresco: Minimum 26 months from November 1 of the harvest year (minimum 9 months in wood), may be released after January 1 of the third year following the harvest
Barbaresco Riserva: Minimum 50 months from November 1 of the harvest year (minimum 9 months in wood), may be released after January 1 of the fifth year following the harvest
Roero
Roero and Roero Riserva based on min 95% Nebbiolo
Roero Arneis and Reoro Arneis Spumante based on min 95% Arneis
Aging:
Roero: minimum 20 months from November 1 of the harvest year, including a minimum 6 months in wood (may be released from July 1 of the second year following the harvest)
Roero Riserva: minimum 32 months from November 1 of the harvest year, including a minimum 6 months in wood (may be released from July 1 of the third year following the harvest)
Diano d’Alba
AKA Dolcetto di Diano d’Alba
100% Dolcetto DOCG
Available in normal, superiore, normal with ‘vigna’, and superiore with ‘vigna’

Superiore requires 1 yr aging
Alta Langa
Sparkling DOCG based on a min 90% combined Chardonnay and Pinot Nero
available in Spumante, Spumante Riserva, Spumante Rosato, Spumante Rosato Riserva
Dogliani
100% Dolcetto DOCG
Available in normal and superiore bottlings.
Superiore requires 13% ABV and 1 yr aging
Ovada
AKA Dolcetto di Ovada Superiore
100% Dolcetto DOCG (versus DOC for normale)
Available in Superiore, Superiore Riserva, and Superiore “Vigna”
Aging:
12 months, 20 months, 24 months
