Labour is normally cheaper in developing countries. Some MNEs pay low wages and take the profits back to their own countries.
Weak currencies - explain in short
Developing countries find it difficult to trade and compete against developed countries. It is easier for developed countries with for example the US Dollar, British pound and the EURO
Dependence on natural resources - explain in short
Developing countries depend on it’s natural resources. If the prices fall, it affects the economy negatively.
