Trim Function Checks

Note1: Holding the trim buttons for greater than 10 sec will cause the trim switch to fail.
Note2: When switching between PTRIM modes wait at least 3 sec before executing a trim command

Pitch trim

2. HOLD for 3 sec…. P/C. Check trim indication stops & aural “TRIM, TRIM”, then release
3. Select PITCH MODE BKP…. P/C. Check CAS ‘PTRIM NML FAIL’
4. PITCH BKP…. P/C DN, UP check operation
5. Select PITCH MODE OFF…. P/C. Check CAS ‘PTRIM NML FAIL’ extinguishes
6. PITCH TRIM…. P/C. Set TO setting

Yaw Trim
1. YAW TRIM…. P/C. Check normal operation
2. HOLD for 3 sec…. P/C. Check trim stops, then release
3. ROLL TRIM…. P/C. Select neutral position

Roll Trim
1. ROLL TRIM…. P/C. Check normal operation
2. HOLD for 3 sec…. P/C. Check trim stops, then release
