- Acute strains
- Sprains
- Inflammation
- Spondylolisthesis
- Fractures
- Post op spinal surgery
- Spinal joint instability or hyermobility
- Spinal cord compression
- Hypertension
- Increased peripheralization of pain
- Numbness or tingling
- Decreased myotomal strength
- Decreased reflex response
