- NSAID- more COX-2 specific
- used for OA, RA, JRA
- BBW- CV and GI risk
- Containdication- hypersensitivity
- side effects and cautions- CV, HTN, GI, renal, some elevation hepatic enzymes in some patients, asthma, nausea, diarrhea, abdominal pain

A
- Voltaren
- recommended over oral NSAIDs in adults over age 65

duloxetine hydrochloride (cymbaltal, Irenka)
A
- SNRI
- indications- chronic msk pain, diabetic neuropathy pain, fibromyalgia, GAD, MDD
BBW- suicidal thoughts and behaviors
MOA- inhibits reuptake of serotonin and nEPI
Contraindications- use of MAOIs within 14 days, use with linezolid or IV methylene blue
Side effects- drowsiness, headache, dizziness, diarrhea, xerostomia
