Ketorolax - Adverse Effects

A
  • Not recommended in pts with GI bleeds
  • Cautious use in asthmatic pts, must determine if pt can tolerate ibuprofen or ASA before administering
  • May not be recommended in patients following orthopedic related surgery. Consult with orthopedic surgeon prior to administration
  • Do not administer to patients at risk for renal impairment
