What being integrated means?
Means being able to accept all aspects of ones self. Being able to embrace everything that makes him uniquely male: his Power, courage and his passion as well as his imperfections, his mistakes and his dark side.
Whats the attributes of an integrated male?
Strong Sense of self. He likes himself Just as he is.
Takes responsability for getting his own needs met.
Comfortable with his masculinity and his sexuality.
Integrity. Does whats right, not convenient
Clear, direct and expressive of his feelings
Know How to set boudaries and is not afraid to work through conflict.
Doesnt strive to be perfect or gain approval of others.
Accepts he is perfectly imperfect

How to not give a fuck (social context)?
Getting serious about your mission, get serious about your life.
In my case: Get a lot of knowledge, mainly in Engineering and social arts

Dont let anything except really serious issues can rip your focus away from your ONE very specific goal.

Studying at least 2:30 hours about science and machines. Everyday, no mimimi. With or without lazyness.
