O que normalmente acontece com as tendencias com o passar do tempo?
Elas se enfraquecem com o passar do tempo.
O que um candle comprido de baixa, que se forma numa bear trend, que se desenrolou sem muitos pullbacks normalmente representa?
Um vácuo de vendas ou um climax exaustivo de venda.
O que trend bar ficando cada vez maiores representam?
Que a tendência está ganhando força. Mas, também, pode significar um climax.
Quando os ursos começam a realizar lucros e os touros começam a comprar?
Se deduzirem que uma nova mínima é um ótimo ponto para realizar lucros (comprar as vendas a descoberto, no caso dos ursos) ao invés de fazer um novo short nesse ponto, e os touros acharem que esse é um bom ponto para comprar os longs. Nesse ponto, o mercado começa a transitar de uma forte tendencia para uma zona de negociação (mercado se torna lateralizado).
Isso explica o porque, as vezes que o mercado cai para uma minima inferior ao do swing anterior, ele tende a formar candles com longas caldas. Isso é sinal de pressão compradora. (Eles “comem”a minima do candle)
Quando numa tendencia de alta começam a se acumular bear bodies, o que isso significa?
Significa pressão vendedora. Sinal de que talvez ocorra um pull back, em breve.
Como uma tendencia normalmente se transforma numa zona de negociação (trending range)?
At some point, the market begins to have pullbacks and then the trend slows into a shallower slope and becomes more of a channel where a trend line and a trend channel line can be drawn. As the trend continues, the lines should be redrawn to contain the developing price action. Usually the slope becomes shallower and the channel becomes wider.
O que é uma reversão (reversal)?
A reversal is a change from one type of behavior to an opposite type of behavior, but the term is most often used to describe a change from a bull trend to a bear trend or from a bear trend to a bull trend. However, trading range behavior is arguably opposite to trending behavior, and when a trend is followed by a trading range, the market’s behavior has reversed. When a trading range becomes a trend, the market’s behavior has reversed as well, but that change is called a breakout. No one calls it a reversal, although it is technically reversing two-sided trading into one-sided trading.

Each successive bull flag will tend to get larger as the bulls become more concerned at new highs with taking profits and less interested in buying heavily, and the bears will start becoming increasingly aggressive.

What a failed breakout to a new low indicates?
A failed breakout to a new low indicates that the bulls and the bears agree that the price is too low. The bears will take profits and not sell very much at these low prices and the bulls will continue to buy aggressively until both believe that the market has reached a new area of equilibrium, which is a trading range.

As traders, our edge is our ability to read price action, and the better we become, the greater our edge, and the greater the probability that we can make a living from trading.
