A

F - fluctuating Sx
L - localised (specific) cognitive defect
A - associated neurological signs
V - vague or transient paranoid delusions
O - olfactory or visual hallucinations
U - untypical Sx of a functional disorders
R - record of cognitive disorder pre-dating psychiatric Sx/admission
