Q

What is an example of a muscle nAChR agonist that depolarizes?

A

Q

What is an example of a muscle nAChR antagonist that depolarizes the NMJ?

A

ATRACURIUM: This drug works by competing with ACh for binding at the receptor. At high enough concentrations it prevents ACh from binding completely so you see paralysis
