MRI w/ Gadolinium
What feature suggests myelopathy? instead of Guillain Barre Syndrome.
Paralysis +/- paresthesias
+ senosry level sensation loss and bowel/bladder dysfunction
How to differentiate inflammatory myelopathy from noninflammatory myelopathy in evaluation?
Both will have no gadolinium enhancement
Noninflammorty will have no increased IgG/WBC in CSF.

with tPA: < 185/105
