- VARIEGATED Appearance, with SOME Areas showing GREY-WHITE Appearance
- Others are YELLOW + SOFT w/ FOCI of Haemorrhages AND Necrosis
- Surrounding BRAIN TISSUE is DISTORTED / INFILTRATED by YELLOW Tumour Tissue
0 MICROSCOPICALLY
- HIGHLY Anaplastic
- Variation = Fusiform Cells / Small Poorly-Differentiated Round Cells / Pleomorphic Cells / Giant Cells
- Some Areas of TUMOUR NECROSIS where Tumour Cells FORM PSEUDOPALISADING
- Microvascular Endothelial Proliferation is MARKED

- Subarachnoid Space is FILLED WITH PUS, so CSF becomes PURULENT
- SWOLLEN Meninges
0 HISTO
- OEDEMATOUS Meninges
- ABUNDANT Neutrophils in Subarachnoid Space AND Meninges
- UNDERLYING Brain Tissue shows PERIVASCULAR + PERICELLULAR OEDEMA
