What are the basic rules?
A
- Offside - must stay within set areas
- Footwork - must not move your lading foot when you have the ball
- 3 seconds - must not have the ball for longer than 3 seconds
- Obstruction - must be atleast 1m away from the player who has the ball
- Contact - must not make contact with any other player

- GS - shooting circle and attacking third
- GA - shooting circle, attacking third and centre third
- WA - attacking third and centre third
- C - everywhere apart from shooting circles
- WD - defensive third and centre third
- GD - shooting circle, defensive third and centre third
- GK - shooting circle and defensive third
