Nerves: long thoracic and Muscle: serration anterior
From the trunk of the plexus
Nerve: nerve to subclavin and muscle: subclavius
Nerve: suprascapular and muscle: infraspinatus and supraspinatus
From the lateral cord of the plexus
Nerve: lateral pectoral and muscle: pectoralis major- clavicular head
Nerve: musculocutaneous and muscles: coracobrachialis, biceps brachiosaurus, and brachialis
Nerve: lateral root of the median and muscles: flexor muscles in the forearm, except flexor carpi ulnaris, and five muscles in the hand.
From the medial cord of the plexus
Nerve: Medial pectoral, Muscles: pectoralis major and pectoralis minor
Nerve: ulnar, Muscles: flexor carpi ulnaris, flexor digitorum profundus, most small muscles of the hand.
Nerve: Medial root of the median, Muscles: flexor muscles in the forearm, except flexor Capri ulnaris, and five muscles of the head.
From the posterior cord of the plexus
Nerves: upper subscapular, Muscles: subscapularis
Nerves: Thoracodorsal, Muscles: latissimus dorsi
Nerves: lower subscapular, Muscles: subscapularis and teres major
Nerves: axillary, Muscles: deltoid and teres minor
Nerves: radial, Muscles: brachioradialis, triceps, supinator, wrist extensor, and anconeus
