Objectify of the sensory testing protocol
Introduce light and sharp touch to the patient
Sensory testing protocol
- Patient closes eyes. Mix in light and sharp touch, patient identifies location and sharp or light touch after each touch
- Touch with light on right side and compare with left then use sharp in the same manner
T/F When conducting a sensory test, travel through each dermatome and peripheral nerve distribution
