Sullivan O’Connor retractor
What is likely to injure the obturator nerve?
Needle injury (TVT), pressure from obturator hernia, direct injury, space of retzius
What is likely to injure the peroneal nerve?
Stirrups, fibula compression
What is likely to injure the genitofemoral nerve?
Incision or tearing of the nerve, retractor compression
What is the muscle affected by femoral nerve injury?
Quadriceps
What is the muscle affected by obturator nerve injury?
Adductor longus
