- Rhabdomyolysis
* Due to end-organ resistance to the effects of PTH

A
- severe hypertriglyceridemia,
- diabetic ketoacidosis,
- plasma cell dyscrasia, such as in patients with multiple myeloma
- obstructive jaundice
