- Maternal GBS conolisation/bacturia/uti in preg
- PROM
- Pre-term birth - spontaneous labour
- PROM >18hrs in a preterm birth
- maternal IVAB (not intrapartum)
- suspected/confirmed ni another baby in multiple pregnancy
