2) dictator- leader rules by intimidation
3) consultative- leader takes feedback but holds final decision
4)participative - leader discusses with all group for collaborative conclusion.

-Ensure individual or organisation complies with reasonable and lawful requests.

Dishonesty and criminal offenses that is undertaken from someone or a organisation that is entrusted in a position of authority.

1)End impunity- effective law enforcement to punish the corrupt.

This organisation was formed in 2004 as a result of the police reform act of 2002.They carry out investigations for series allegations of misconduct by serving ans ex-serving people.
