Juvenile Angiofibroma
A
adolescent male (consider other dx if female)
Centered in posterior nasal cavity at margin of sphenopalatine foramen with possible extension into pterygopalatine fossa, nasal cavity, and nasopharynx.
bone remodeling +/- destruction. anterior bowing of the posterior maxillary sinus.
Internal maxillary artery feeds the mass.
Intermediate T1 and T2 signal.
Intense enhancement.
Serpentine flow voids.
