Arterial Supply of Nasal Cavity
A
Maxillary and External carotid:
- sphenopalatine,
- greater palatine
Facial and External carotid:
- superior labial,
- lateral nasal arteries
Opthalmic and Internal carotid:
-anterior and posterior ethmoidal arteries

Venous drainage of Nasal Cavity
A
- Veins follow the arteries
- Veins from maxillary artery drain into pterygoid plexus in the infratemporal fossa
- Anterior veins joins facial vein that follow ethmoidal arteries to drain into cavernous sinus

Nerve innervation of Nasal Cavity
A
- Olfaction: olfactory nerve
- General sensation: trigeminal (anterior: opthalmic, posterior: maxillary)
- Anterior and posterior ethmoidal.
- Branches of maxillary. Facial (PS).
- Superior cervical sympathetic ganglion (S).

Lymphatic drainage of the Nasal Cavity
A
Submandibular nodes (anteriorly). Deep/Upper cervical nodes (posteriorly).
