Where should you hold glasses?
From the bottom 3rd of the glass
When should refills be brought?
When the drink is half full
What does equal exchange of beverages mean?
This means removing the beverage ONLY when you have the replacement/refill in hand and ready to drop.
Where should garnishes be placed on a glass?
On the rim of the glass at the 3 o’clock (when facing the guest)
What drinks get free refills?
Coke, diet coke, sprite, ginger-ale, water, soda water, iced-tea (w/ lemon), Arnold Palmer, lemonade, cranberry juice (in collins glass)
What soda does not get a free refill?
Rootbeer
Do juices get a free refill?
No (except for cranberry juice)
What juices do we offer?
cranberry, grapefruit, orange, pineapple
What do we serve Fiji in?
a stemless wine glass with lemon
What do we serve Perrier in?
a stemless wine glass with a lime
What sizes do we offer Panther Brewed Nitro Coffee?
10oz on ice or 6oz in a flight glass w/o ice
How do you serve coffee/espresso beverages?
with the handle to the right of the customer
How should coffee be served?
with a beverage napkin, a spoon (parallel to the customer) with the mug sitting on the point of a plate (the egg shaped plate) with the point facing left and the creamer on the left.
What hot tea do we offer and how do we serve it?
Earl grey, chamomile, and green tea.
It should be served just as the coffee is served w/o cream
The point of the plate facing left with the tea bag on the right (resting on the mug handle)
