A

Myeloid Bone Marrow cells do not mature properly so healthy blood cells are not produced.

Clinical Presentation of MDS.

A
  1. Anaemia - Fatigue, Pallor, SOB.
  2. Neutropenia - Frequent/Severe Infections.
  3. Thrombocytopenia - Purpura/Bleeding.
