- Macrocytic - Large MCV = Large Cells.
- Normocytic - Normal MCV - Normal Sized Cells.
- Microcytic - Small MCV - Small Cells.

Clinical Features of Anaemia (6).
A
- Tiredness.
- SOB.
- Headaches.
- Dizziness.
- Palpitations.
- Exacerbation of Other Conditions e.g. Angina, HF, PVD.

Clinical Signs of Anaemia (4).
A
- Pale Skin.
- Conjunctival Pallor.
- Tachycardia.
- Raised Respiratory Rate.

Investigations of Anaemia (3).
A
- Bloods : Haemoglobin, MCV, B12, Folate, Ferritin.
- Blood Film.
- Bone Marrow Biopsy - if Unclear Cause.
