How does myelodysplastic syndrome present?

A
  • Typically asymptomatic and incidentally diagnosed on a FBC
  • Anaemia ( Fatigue, Pallor, SOB)
  • Neutropenia ( frequent/ severe infections)
  • Thrombocytopenia ( Purpura/ Bleeding)
