A
- Pelvis
- Vertebrae
- Ribs
- Sternum
5
Q
What are Pluripotent Haematopoietic stem cells?
A
- These are undifferentiated cells that have the potential to transform into a variety of blood cells.
6
Q
What can pluripotent haematopoietic stem cells turn into?
A
- Myeloid Stem cells
- Lymphoid Stem cells
- Dendritic Cells
7
Q
What do Myeloid Stem Cells differentiate into?
A
- Megakaryocyte - Platelets
- RBC (Hemocytoblast, erythroblast, reticulocyte, erythrocyte)
- Myeloblast - basophil, neutrophil, eosinophil, monocyte - macrophage
8
Q
How long can RBC survive for?

A
- B lymphocytes ( Plasma cells, Memory B cells)
- T lymphocytes (CD4 cells, CD8 cells)
- Natural Killer Cells
