A
- Kyphoscoliosis, increased lumbar lordosis, coxa valga hip dislocation, decreased bone density, fractures
- Contractures: Hip (abduction, flexion, ER); Knee (flexion, extension), foot (heel cord, club foot)

- TLSO; night splints
- Early: Parapodium (up to 2 years)
- Later: Stander, RGO, HKAFO, KAFO
- Focus on UE function

- Scoliosis, overuse of UE, excessive lumbar lordosis, hip subluxation, coxa valga hip dislocation, decreased bone density, fractures
- Contracture: Hip (flexion), Knee (flexion, extension), foot (heel cord, clubfoot)

A
- Night hip abduction splints
- Early: Parapodium (up to 2 years)
- Late: Stander, RGO, HKAFO, KAFO (quads < 3/5)
- May need derotation straps

- Late: Wheelchair only

A
- Excessive Lumbar lordosis, coxa valga
- Contractures: Hip flexion, knee flexion, Foot (tight heelcord, calcaneovalgus, equinovarus, paralytic vertical talus)

- Night hip abduction splint
- Early: Parapodium (up to 2 years)
- Late: RGO, HKAFO, KAFO (quads < 3/5)
- Toe in gait and weak gluts - rotation straps

- Home: Early no support, later UE support

- Monitor hips
- Contractures: Foot - tight heelcords, calcaneovalgus, pes cavus, club foot, toe clawing, heel/foot ulcers
