External factors not controlled by the organisation
Dynamic environment, so needs to be tracked. Usually through PESTLE
Business to Business

Transaction between 2 businesses to products and/or services
Transactions at the wholesale level are usually business-to-business while those at the retail level are most often business-to-consumer (B2C)
