A

Environment factors that, when exposed to cells, can alter the genetic material of an organism.

Q

Cross linking

A

Strong bonds form between nitrogenous bases on opposite DNA strands or adjacent to each other. Dna will be unable to unwind. Cell will eventually die (no photosynthesis)

Q

How do viruses invade healthy cells?

A

They integrate their genome with the dna of the host cell so it is passed to new cells.
