A
  • It marks the end of hajj
  • It recalls this faith in Allah displayed by the prophet Ibraham when commanded to sacrifice his son
  • Cards and gifts are relieved
  • Muslims must sacrifice and animal to Allah, this is to recall the sacrifice of the ram Allah provided for Ibraham so he wouldn’t have to kill his son
