Have PT touch toes, inspect and palpate for signs of scoliosis

Range of motion such as flexion and extension, palpate joints during ROM for inspect size, color, temperature, swelling, and deformities, ask about tenderness and pain.
TMJ
Vertical and lateral motion
Neck
C-spine Flexion, extension, rotation, and lateral bending
Thoracic and lumbar Spine
Flexion, extension, rotation, lateral bending
Shoulder
Flexion, extension, hyperextention, internal rotation, external rotation, abduction, addection, and circubduction
Elbow
Flexion, extension, hyperextension, pronation, supination
Wrists
Flexion, extension, hyperextension, unlar & radial deviation
Fingers
Flexion, extension, abduction, adduction, opposition
Hip
Flexion, extension abduction, adduction, internal and external rotation
Knees
Flexion, extention
Ankles
Plantar flexion, dorsiflexion, eversion, inversion
Toes
flexion, extension, hyperextension, abduction, adduction
Muscles Inspection
Size, tone, symmetry, and upper/lower grasp/push/pull strength

Do you exercise and if so what is your routine?
Do you participate in sports?
What is your current occupation?
History of broken bones, sprain, or strains, or dislocations?
Any current or history of joint or muscle pain, swelling,stiffness, cracking, or popping?
Any diagnosed musculoskeletal conditions like arthritis, osteoporosis or fibromyalgia?
