Age Relevant Female GYN, Urinary, and sexual history:
Have you started your period?
When was your last menstrual cycle?
Are you sexually active?
What protection do you use such as contraceptives?
Have you noticed any vaginal discharge?
Have you had children and if so how many?
Do you prefer sex with a male or female partner?
Any issues urinating such as difficulty urinating or having problems with incontinence
Have you ever had a UTI?
Do you frequently get UTIs?
At what age did you start menopause?
Do you have any history of ovarian cancer?
Inspection of Female Genitalia: What position?
Lithotomy position: on back with knees flexed and legs spread apart to expose the genitalia.

Looking at pubic hair distribution, nits, and lesions
Inspection of Female Genitalia:Labia majora, Labia minora, and clitoris
Symmetry and lesions
Inspection of Female Genitalia: Urethra and vagina
Redness, lesions, and discharge

Redness, swelling, lesions, and discharge

Size, shape, mobility, and tenderness

Important to see your healthcare provider for an internal examination of the cervix, uterus, and overaies at least once a year especially after becoming sexually active

It is important to have an annual check up with your primary care provider in order to look at your prostate, rectum, and check for blood in your stool for early detection and treatment of things such as prostate cancer, hemorrhoids, and hernias.

You should self exam your own testis once a month on the same day for consistency, habit, and to increase the likelihood of early detection of abnormalities. you would do this by palpation in a circular motion feeling for lumps bumps, swelling, and pain
