Closes jaw.
Sternomastoid
Flexes neck, bows head.
Pectoralis Major
Upper part of chest, adducts and flexes arm.
External Intercoastals
Deep between the ribs, move air in lungs.
Rectus Abdominis
Flexes vertebral column.
External Obliques
Rotate and bend trunk.
Internal Obliques
Last 3 ribs, same function as externals.
Transversus Abdominis
Compresses abdomen.
Brachialis
Deep in the bicep, elbow flexion.
Triceps Brachii
Prime elbow extensor.
Biceps Brachii
Forearm flexion.
Sternohyoid
Runs down middle of neck.
Pectoralis Minor
Thin, upper part of chest.
Serratus Ventralis
First 10 ribs, lattissimus dorsi helper.
Pectoantebrachialis
Most superficial pectoral muscle, draw arm towards chest.
Xiphihumeralis
Most posterior pectoral muscle.
Brachioradialis
Forearm muscle that flexes forearm.
Extensors
Increase angle of limbs.
Flexors
Decreases angle of limbs.
