Abduction 2x flexion extension rotation circumduction,
Sternocleidomastoid
Side of neck, helps turn and flex head.
Trapezius
Upper back and neck. Extends head and moves the shoulders.
Deltoid
Shoulder. Abducts arm and an injection site,
Biceps brachii
Upper arm, flexes lose arm and supinates the hand
Triceps brachii
Upper arm, extends and abducts the lower arm.
Pectoralis major
Upper chest, abduction and flexes a upper arm.
Intercostals
Between ribs, helps move ribs for breathing
Rectus abdominus
Ribs to pelvis. Compresses abdomen and flexes the vertebral column.
Latissimus Dorsi
Spine around chest. Extends and abducts the upper arm.
Gluteus Maximus
Buttocks. Extends and rotates the thigh and an injection site.
Sartorius
Front of thigh that abducts thigh and flexes the leg.
