Insertion: Intertubucular sulcus of humerus
Action: Flexion, adduction, medial rotation of humerus
Pectoralis Minor
Origin: Ribs 3-5
Insertion: coracoid process of scapula
Action: Forward lateral movement of scapula, rotates scaula and depresses apex of shoulder
Serratus Anterior
Origin: Ribs 1-8
Insertion: Medial border of scapula
Action: Forward lateral movement of scapula, rotating scapula to elevate apex of shoulder, stabilization
Trapezius
Origin: Occipital protuberance, c1 + spinous process of C1-T12
Insertion: Acromion + scauplar spine
Action: Elevates and depresses apex of shoulder, rotate + retract scapula
Latissimus dorsi
Origin: Iliac crest, spines of T6-12, L1-L5
Insertion: Intertuburcular groove of humerus
Action: Adducts + medially rotates humerus, extends shoulder, backward swing of arm
Rhomboid major
Origin: Spine T2-T5
Insertion: Medial border of scapula
Action: Retracts scapula
Rhomboid Minor
Origin: Spine C7-T1
Insertion: Medial border of scapula
Action: Retracts scapula
Deltoid
Origin: Clavicle, acromion, spine of scapula
Insertion: deltoid tuberosity
Action: Flexion and medial rotation of arm, abduction of arm, extenson and lateral rotation
Supraspinatus
Origin: Supraspinatus fossa of scapula
Insertion: Greater tubercle
Action: abduction
Infraspinatus
Origin: Infraspinous fossa of scapula
Insertion: Greater tubercle

Insertion: Olecranon process
Action: Elbow extension, extension and adduction of humerus
