AT: clavicle , acromion, spine of the scapula to the deltoid tuberosity of humerus
AC: flexion, medial rotation(anterior),

Levator Scapulae
AT: Transverse process of C1-C4 to the medial boarder of the scapula at the superior border
AC: Scapular elevation, downward rotation
IN: dorsal scapular nerve
Sternocleidomastoid
AT: Manubrium and medial portion of clavicle to the mastoid process of the temporal bone
AC: same side flexion (ipsilateral) opposed side rotation of the neck (contralateral)
IN: spinal accessory nerve (CN XI)
Latissimus dorsi
AT: spinous process of T7-T12 , thoracolumbar fascia and sacral vertebrae, last 4 ribs and inferior angle of scapula to the inter tubercular grove of the humorous
AC:IR, adduction, extension of the shoulder

AT: From the inferior angle of the scapula to the crest of the lesser tubercle of the humerus
AC: shoulder IR, adduction
IN: lower subscapular
