A

A

Short head: coracoid process of scapula
Long head: supraglenoid tubercle of scapula

Radial tuberosity of radius & fascia of the forearm via the bicipital aponeurosis

Musculocutaneous

Supernates the foreaem, flexs the forearm( when forearm is supinated).
Short head resists downward dislocation of humerus
