External Oblique Action-2
- Compress and support abdominal viscera
- Flex & rotate trunk
Internal Oblique Origin-3
- Thoracolumbar fascia
- Anterior iliac crest
- Connective tissue deep to inguinal ligament
Internal Oblique Insertion-3
- Inferior borders of 10th-12th ribs
- Linea alba
- Pubis via conjoint tendon
Internal Oblique Innervation-2
- Thoraco-abdominal nerves (Anterior rami of T7-T11)
- 1st lumbar nerve (L1)
Internal oblique Action-2
- Compress and support abdominal viscera
- Flex & rotate trunk
Transversus Abdominis Origin-4
- Internal surfaces of 7th-12th costal cartilages
- Thoracolumbar fascia
- Iliac crest
