- Fatiguable weakness which gets worse through the day
- Ptosis

- Diplopia - double vision
What is the treatment for myasthenia gravis
- Cholinesterase inhibitors for symptom treatment
- Immunuglobulin, steroids and immunosuppression for disease modifying

- Loss of sensation and pain
- muscle thinning and weakness

Mix of LMN and UMN disease
UMN - spasticity, brisk reflexes and extensor plantar
LMN - muscle fasciculations, wasting and weakness
