Adducts the forelimb

Crest of greater tubercle & partly on lesser tubercle of the humerus

Caudal pectoral nerves (C8, T1)

Adducts the forelimb, draw limb caudally, flexes the shoulder joint

Faint line of clavicular insertion (fibrous vestigial clavicle)

Accessory nerve

Elevates the forelimb and draws scapula against trunk

Serratus ventralis cervicis (cranial) and Serratus ventralis thoracis (caudal)
