A
Gottrons papulas (red patches over joints) Heliotrope rash (around the eyes lids) Photosensitive rash (shawl sign) Mechanics hands (cracked and painful finger tips)

Difference between tennis and golf elbow?
A
Tennis - lateral
Worse on wrist extension against resistance with elbow extended
Or supination of forearm with elbow extended
(6-12 weeks acute pain, but episodes last 6m-2 years)
Golf - medial
Worse on wrist flexion and pronation
Might get ulnar nerve involvement (tingling in 4/5 digits)
