A
  • 90 degrees for hip flexion with the knee extended
  • Abduct up to 45 degrees
  • Adduct up to 30 degrees
  • Hyperextend the hip up to 30 degrees with the knee extended.
  • Flex the hip with the knee flexed up to 120 degrees.
  • Internally rotate up to 40 degrees
  • Externally rotate up to 45 degrees.
