Constitutional symptoms: fever, headache, myalgia
May cause unilateral or bilateral facial palsy

A
Doxycycline for 21 days
(Amoxicillin is an alternative antibiotic)

No role of prophylactic antibiotics to prevent Lyme disease
Observation without treatment
