A

Median N entrapment within pronator teres
- sitting elbow 90deg flexion, resist forearm pronation and elbow extension
(+) tingling over median nerve distribution

A

Cubital tunnel syndrome
Pt supine, performed B/L with shoulder full ER, elbow held in max wrist flexion, wrist extension for 1 minute
(+) pain at medial elbow, numbness and tingling over ulnar distrib

A

Pinch thumb and index together, (+) can’t tip-to-tip… presses pads together
(+) is pathology of anterior interosseous N (opponents pollicis from medial N)
