Spinal stenosis
A
caused by narrowing of canal, or intervertebral foramina due to spondylosis
Neurogenic claudication: leg pain brought on by walking(but not fixed distance like vascular claudication) and relieved by rest and leaning forward+ numbness+ weakness
Need MRI to confirm Dx
If mild, then physio+ analgesia
If cord compression, URGENT surgical input

Lower limb clinical examinations
A
ACL- lachman “往前拉”
PCL- posterior drawer test
McMurray’s test- miniscal tear
Thomas test- fixed flexion deformity of hip
Troedelenburg test- hip abduction on the other side
