Px: sweaty, resp failure, tachypnoea and tachycardia, raised JVP, bibasal fine crackles,Gallop rhythm
Tx: sit up, oxygen,
Diamorphine
Sublingual/buccal Nitrate if SBP >90
IV furosemide
