Abduction
Movement away from the midline of the body.
Adduction
Movement toward the midline of the body.
Internal Rotation
Also medial rotation. Rotational movement toward the midline of the body.
External rotation
Also lateral rotation. Rotational movement away from the midline of the body.
Pronation
Hand: Rotates the forearm toward the midline of the body, radius moves over the ulna, the thumb moves toward the body.
Foot: Combo of eversion, dorsiflexion and abduction of the foot occurring at the same time.
Supination
Hand: Rotates the forearm away from the body, moving back into anatomical position.
Foot: Combo of inversion, plantar flexion and adduction of the foot occurring at the same time.

Circumduction
Movement where the joint is the pivot and the body segment moves in a combination of flexion, extension, adduction and abduction, e.g. arm circles.
